Richard Purcell is a Critical Care Nurse and Senior Staff Nurse in charge of the Intensive Care in the South building and secondary support to the Unit in the North building as and when required. Richard works in conjunction with the onsite Intensivists and acts as a liaison between the patients, the nursing floors and the ICU unit as well as a liaison between the lead Consultants and their patients whilst they are in the ICU unit.
